Bullas

With a near desert-like climate and at an altitude of 400 to 800 meters high, Bullas is known for its dryness and large temperature swings between day and night. These are the ideal conditions for the Monastrell grape. Modern winemaking methods (earlier picking, shorter oak-aging) and improved technology (temperature controlled fermentation) have elevated the wines of this region to a world-class status.
