Bodegas Campina

In 2003, a group of growers combined their efforts and founded Bodegas Campina. Their desire was to develop a range of wines that would be both affordable and still exemplify the finest qualities of the local Tinta de Toro varietal. One of the growers is Onesimo Martin, a winemaker who has developed a guru status among the locals. Onesimo was especially interested in the project because between the various growers, they have vineyards that are over 100 years old.
