Sherry type or style	Definition
Cream	Fully developed Dry Oloroso with up to 40% Pedro Ximenez or some other sweetening agent added.
Dry Amontillado	Partially developed Fino where the Flor died or was killed after fermentation.
Dry Oloroso	One of the basic styles of sherry which never had Flor.
Fino	One of the basic styles of sherry which had Flor.
Manzanilla	Further aged Fino where the additional aging occurred in the coastal city of Sanlucar de Barrameda.
Medium Amontillado	Dry Amontillado where up to 20% Pedro Ximenez has been added.
Medium Oloroso	Fully developed Dry Oloroso with up to 20% Pedro Ximenez or some other sweetening agent added.
Moscatel	Mono varietal style made from the Moscatel grape.
Pedro Ximenez	Mono varietal style made from Pedro Ximenez grape.
