Here's how to order your shipment of wine from Frontier Wine Imports.

Please Note: If you are a consumer, these instructions do not apply to you.  Applicable federal and state laws forbid us from selling directly to consumers.

If you are a licensed distributor and wish to order from Frontier Wine Imports, first make sure you have Frontier's latest updated price list.  Contact us if you don't have it  Then, fill out an order form and e-mail or fax it to us.

Here is a sample order form in pdf format provided for your reference.  You may download it and use it for your purchase order(s).  Just fill in the fields on your computer and send the completed order form to us by email or print & fax it to us at 973-328-0326.  Your completion of this order form will provide us with all of the necessary information that we need to process your order in a timely manner.  Alternatively, you may still use your own order form if you already have one.  Please make sure that your order form contains all of the information that is on this sample.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
